I had a tree come down and pull the wires from my house and with it gutter damage and roof damage to my garage . Pat was there by a mere phone call to see the damage . He gave me an estimate and fixed the damage in a timely manner .Pat is very easy to work . He gives advance notice as to when he will be coming to do the work . Holmes Renovations completed a total renovation of our Condo. This included having the carpet changed, tiling the kitchen, extended tiling of bathroom, replacing counter tops and sinks, lighting fixtures and hardware. We gave Patrick the freedom to make most of the choices of material on his own. He had an excellent taste, and performed the work with expert craftsmanship. We were out of state during this renovation, and when we returned we were overwhelmed at the magnificent job that he completed.

I cannot recommend this home remodeling professional enough. He did a bathroom renovation for me (plumbing, new shower tile work including walls and tiled shower pan). This renovation also included reinstalling the glass shower door and glass walls. The work performed was exceptional. I wanted wall removed to open up between the dining room n kitchen n make space for a breakfast bar n storage. Patrick came in a couple days to talk it over. He was prompt! Within 2 days he had an estimate to me and a time frame. When I changed my mind, same thing, came quickly, replied quickly and gave me a time frame for the work. Patrick kept to the schedule throughout the project.
He worked not only efficiently but neatly, leaving as little dust and no debris behind. He was easy n accommodating with all "my"moving mess, and my cats.

Replaced two doors, a front door with storm door and a slider both of which were in rough shape after years of weather and neglect . Also some entryway tile work replacing damaged wood flooring. We have had several carpenters over the years some good and some bad and Patrick tops them all and he will be our go to carpenter for some bigger upcoming projects remodeling 2 bathrooms.
Patrick is a pleasure to work with, highly communicative, on time, tidy and projects got finished on initial timeline discussed. Our home is old and projects lend themselves to detours and creative solutions to unforeseen problems and Patrick is a pro at navigating both.
When he has an issue that needs a mutual decision he will consult the homeowner to come to the best solution you are comfortable with.

I first hired Patrick Holmes because he renovated the bathroom of the house I eventually bought. It was lovely.
I also hired him to install a range hood in my kitchen. As we both learned later, the installation was a real bear but Patrick stuck to his estimate and didn’t charge me more even though anybody else probably would have.
I next hired him to add a step from my kitchen into my sunroom. He made it off sight and then came by one afternoon and put it in. It’s perfect and he also stained and polyurethaned it.
His last job for me was moving an electrical plug which he did in minutes.
Patrick is knowledgeable in multiple aspects of home renovation. He’s punctual, professional, friendly and his prices are extremely reasonable. If you find the need to hire him, you will be very happy with his work.
